Care Partner Training: Why Food Matters (Virtual)
Summary
Maintaining a healthy diet is essential for overall well-being at any age. A balanced diet that includes lean proteins, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and limits added sugars is beneficial for everyone. However, as we age—especially after 65—eating well can become more challenging. This Care Partner Training will address these challenges and provide realistic options to help meet nutritional needs and maintain healthy eating habits for you and your loved ones!
This program is a part of our monthly Care Partner Training series. All sessions are FREE, and held the second Wednesday of each month from 1:00 to 2:30 pm.
This class will be held both virtually and in-person in Fairfax. You are signing up as a virtual attendee. Virtual attendees will receive Zoom information prior to the class.
