Care Partner Training: Solo Aging & Having a Support Team (In-Person)

Summary

Solo Agers are older adults that are making decisions about their future independently. Solo Agers face unique vulnerabilities as they age. If something happens to you, who will advocate for you? In this session we will talk about the importance of building a support team for Solo Agers, or anyone who is concerned about needing more support. Learn about what you can do in advance to prepare, and stress less!

This class will be held both virtually and in-person in Fairfax. You are signing up to attend in-person.

The session will be held in the Mazawey Education and Support Center, 3955 Pender Drive, Suite 100, Fairfax, VA 22030.
