Care Partner Training: How Exercise Helps with Brain Health (Virtual)

Summary

Exercise changes the brain in ways that protect memory and thinking skills. Studies show regular aerobic exercise, the kind that gets your heart and your sweat glands pumping, appears to boost the size of the hippocampus, the brain area involved in verbal memory and learning.

This class will be held both virtually and in-person in Fairfax. You are signing up as a virtual attendee. Virtual attendees will receive Zoom information prior to the class.

This program is a part of our monthly Care Partner Training series. All sessions are FREE, and held the second Wednesday of each month from 1:00 to 2:30 pm.
Event Registration is closed.
